The New Brunswick Table Tennis Association (NBTTA), in collaboration with the Greater Moncton Table Tennis Club (GMTTC), was proud to host a remarkable weekend of high-performance training, led by none other than Marles Martins, Technical Director of Table Tennis Canada (Tennis de Table Canada).

The training sessions were held at the Bernice MacNaughton High School gym in Moncton, a fantastic venue that provided the space and atmosphere needed for focused, high-level development. With a wealth of experience and insight, Marles guided both players and coaches through a series of technical drills, tactical concepts, and mental preparation strategies. The impact was immediate—our athletes left the weekend feeling inspired, better equipped, and highly motivated to apply what they had learned.

This event was a shining example of the power of collaboration. Partnering with GMTTC helped foster an inclusive and energized environment where players of all levels could benefit from expert instruction and shared passion for the sport.

We are deeply thankful to Table Tennis Canada for their ongoing support and commitment to advancing table tennis in New Brunswick and across the country. Their encouragement, leadership, and partnership are vital to the continued growth of the sport at all levels.

Special thanks also go to the dedicated volunteers and supportive parents who worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make this event a success. Your contributions ensure that events like these continue to be possible and impactful for our community.

With new knowledge and motivation, our players and coaches are ready to train hard and take their performance to the next level. Onward and upward—one rally at a time! 💪
